Ever walk into your house and feel... off?

Clutter in your eyes, noise in your head, zero peace.

You’re not lazy. You don’t need a 2-hour cleaning marathon or some flawless morning routine.

All you need is 15 minutes and three quick steps. Seriously, that’s enough to hit reset.

The Reset:

1. 5-Minute Hands + Eyes Reset:

Grab a basket. Set a five-minute timer. Walk through your main living space and toss in anything that doesn’t belong. Don’t organize it or put things away—just clear the surfaces.

Why this works: When the room calms down, your eyes do too. Suddenly your brain isn’t shouting for attention.

2. 5-Minute Body Reset  :

Splash your face with cold water. Drink a full glass of water. Open a window or step outside for a minute.

Here’s why: Moms wander around dehydrated and tense. These small steps tell your nervous system, “Hey, trust me, the relief is real.

3. 5-Minute Brain Reset :

Open your phone’s notes app. Write everything crowding your mind—no filters. Not a formal to-do list, just a brain dump. Things like, “Laundry. Call the school. I’m wiped out. Buy snacks.” Once it’s all out, pick ONE thing to tackle today. Just one.

Here’s the magic: Mental tabs drain energy fast. Writing them down closes out a bunch at once.

Look, you don’t need a spotless house to have a peaceful day. You just need a reset that works between naptime and snacktime.

Give this a try and let me know: Was it the basket, the water, or the brain dump that helped you most?

Save this for your next chaotic day. And if you have a mom friend who needs a reset too   💛 share the reset with her too.
